About the role

Role overview

Bugcrowd is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support and enhance its cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational tooling for its security platform.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for microservices deployments
Support cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Assist in operating Kubernetes clusters and related platform services
Monitor system health and help with incident response and root cause analysis
Implement automation to improve deployment reliability and operational efficiency
Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot build, deployment, and environment issues

Requirements

4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
Experience with Terraform (or similar IaC tooling)
Basic scripting skills in Bash and/or Python
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a DevOps-first culture

Nice to have / culture fit

Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment and collaborate across engineering teams
