About the role

Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer at Aura, you’ll help build and maintain infrastructure and deployment tooling used across the company. You’ll work on infrastructure-as-code, deployment automation, and cloud reliability—at massive scale.

Day-to-Day

Build internal tools used by teams across Aura, including for serverless and containers
Improve how teams deploy and manage networks and product deployments
Assist deployments using Terraform and GitHub Actions
Debug cloud issues when development teams need support
Provide design and strategic guidance to teams rolling out new initiatives

What You Bring

3–5 years of experience
Strong interest in cloud computing and a curious, helpful mindset
Experience writing Infrastructure as Code
Familiarity with at least one programming language
Attention to detail, cross-team collaboration, and ownership

Nice to Have

Experience with serverless or containerized deployments
Logging and monitoring strategies at scale (CloudWatch, Grafana)
Experience with Python or TypeScript
Exposure to data lake or large-scale ETL infrastructure
Experience optimizing cloud costs
