DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

DevSecOps / Platform Engineer (acting as an SRE) to design, develop, and manage scalable Data Platform infrastructure across hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Data Platform infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in a modular and reusable way.
• Provide Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) support across multiple environments, including Production.
• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines using DevSecOps practices.
• Architect and manage solutions across Hybrid Infrastructure (Azure + On-Premises).
• Use Serverless Functions and Containerization to support data processing logic and pipelines.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to deliver secure, efficient, scalable infrastructure.
• Provide hands-on consulting and deployment support across Azure services.
• Ensure reliable application and data flow across distributed systems.

Required Skills

• Strong IaC expertise: Terraform / Ansible.
• Cloud architecture for data platforms.
• DevSecOps practices: secure CI/CD, scripting, and security automation.
• Hands-on Azure services consulting/deployment.
• Understanding of application fundamentals and data ecosystems (databases, platforms, pipelines).
• Experience with serverless architectures for data pipelines/logic.
• Proficiency in Cloud Engineering and SRE.
• Ability to design modular, reusable IaC components.
• Strong grasp of application and data flow across hybrid systems.
