DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

DevOps Engineer to build, maintain, and enhance internal environments and infrastructure supporting development and data science teams. You will ensure reliable, scalable deployment pipelines and help manage customer environments across AWS and on-premise.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve internal environments and infrastructure for development and data science.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot customer environments across AWS and on-premise, ensuring performance and security.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security across deployment environments (best practices and compliance).
• Monitor performance metrics, proactively troubleshoot issues, and prevent future incidents.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers on infrastructure updates and feature delivery.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and troubleshooting.
• Stay current with DevOps/cloud tooling and industry best practices to continuously improve systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps / cloud infrastructure roles with strong automation and deployment pipeline focus.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments; Docker Swarm desirable.
• Practical knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• CI/CD experience, especially with GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of Linux, shell scripting, and system administration.
• Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Strong communication, collaboration skills, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with on-premise deployments.
• Interest or background in machine learning.
