What you will own

Set up cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP using Docker and/or Kubernetes
Monitor real-time pipelines and deployments to maintain reliability
Ensure the stack scales smoothly as load and complexity grow

Skills that help

Python, Bash
Docker, Kubernetes
Redis, Kafka
Hands-on experience running projects or hobby deployments

How you work together

Remote-first, flexible/project-based collaboration
You will own the platform while the team builds

Additional notes

Work from anywhere; set your own hours as long as output stays strong
Equity-first compensation (ESOP-based) with cash turning on once revenue follows
