DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

Aaratech Inc. is hiring a Help Desk Analyst to provide first-level technical support to end users. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues, resolve technical incidents, and ensure timely, high-quality customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Diagnose and resolve problems with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications
• Create, update, and resolve support tickets with accurate documentation
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions using Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when needed

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or IT Support
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, printers, and remote support tools
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or Freshservice
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and remote desktop tools
• Basic knowledge of VPN connectivity and hardware troubleshooting
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or ITIL Foundation
