DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Analyst (listed as “DevOps Engineer” in the title) to provide first-level technical support to end users across the organization. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, resolving incidents, and maintaining timely, high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Diagnose and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications
• Create, update, and resolve support tickets while keeping documentation accurate
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions using Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Help Desk / Desktop Support / Technical Support / IT Support
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience supporting Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory
• Basic understanding of networking, printers, and remote support tools
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or Freshservice
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and remote desktop tools
• Basic knowledge of networking, VPN connectivity, and hardware troubleshooting
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ / Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or ITIL Foundation
