Role overview
As a Developer Support Engineer at RevenueCat, you’ll help mobile app developers integrate the SDK, troubleshoot issues, and improve their end-to-end success.
Responsibilities
- Support developers daily by debugging problems, tracing complex code paths, and guiding developers through onboarding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to improve the developer experience and documentation.
- Build tooling and processes to create or improve internal apps and dashboards that make troubleshooting faster and easier.
Requirements
- Entry-level role focused on learning and growth; strong debugging/troubleshooting mindset.
- Ability to work with code and guide others through onboarding.
- Experience collaborating with engineering/product teams to improve developer-facing materials.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building internal tooling, dashboards, or support workflows.
- Comfort investigating complex system behaviors and integration issues.
