Role overview

As a Developer Support Engineer at RevenueCat, you’ll help mobile app developers integrate the SDK, troubleshoot issues, and improve their end-to-end success.

Responsibilities

  • Support developers daily by debugging problems, tracing complex code paths, and guiding developers through onboarding.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to improve the developer experience and documentation.
  • Build tooling and processes to create or improve internal apps and dashboards that make troubleshooting faster and easier.

Requirements

  • Entry-level role focused on learning and growth; strong debugging/troubleshooting mindset.
  • Ability to work with code and guide others through onboarding.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering/product teams to improve developer-facing materials.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience building internal tooling, dashboards, or support workflows.
  • Comfort investigating complex system behaviors and integration issues.
