About the role

Role Overview

You’ll be a key technical voice in the P2P/decentralized developer ecosystem, bridging developers and internal product/engineering teams. The role combines hands-on engineering, technical storytelling, and community engagement to help developers understand, adopt, and build with the platform.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary connector between the developer community and internal teams
Build relationships with developers, open-source contributors, and technical communities
Run and participate in community programs (e.g., AMAs, webinars, office hours, hackathons, online forums)
Collect, synthesize, and relay developer feedback to product and engineering teams
Create technical content: tutorials, documentation, sample apps, and videos
Build demos, prototypes, and reference implementations for real-world P2P use cases
Support developer onboarding via workshops and training sessions
Advocate for the technology at conferences, meetups, and industry events
Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to improve developer experience and messaging
Contribute insights from the community to roadmap discussions

Requirements

3+ years of production software development experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent experience
Strong software engineering + strong communication skills
Hands-on experience building applications and engaging with developer communities
Proven ability to create technical content (blogs, tutorials, demos, documentation, videos)
Experience speaking at events (meetups, webinars, conferences)
Strong understanding of developer experience and API usability
Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and the Node.js ecosystem
Familiarity with developer engagement through GitHub, forums, or social platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Nice to Have

Prior Developer Relations / Developer Advocacy / Technical Community experience
Familiarity with React Native and/or Electron
Contributions to open-source projects
