Developer Relations P2P

Role overview

Build bridges between developers and peer-to-peer (P2P) / decentralized technologies. Serve as a key technical voice in the ecosystem by combining hands-on engineering, community engagement, and developer advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary connector between developer communities and internal product/engineering teams
• Engage the ecosystem via AMAs, webinars, office hours, hackathons, and online forums
• Collect, synthesize, and relay developer feedback to product and engineering teams
• Create high-quality technical content (tutorials, documentation, sample apps, videos)
• Develop demos, prototypes, and reference implementations for real-world P2P use cases
• Support developer onboarding through workshops and training sessions
• Advocate for the technology at conferences, meetups, and industry events
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to improve developer experience and messaging
• Contribute to roadmap discussions based on community insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of production software development
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Proven experience building and maintaining applications (web, mobile, or desktop)
• Experience in Developer Relations / Developer Advocacy / Technical Community roles (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to produce technical content (blogs, tutorials, demos, docs, videos)
• Experience speaking at meetups, webinars, or conferences
• Strong understanding of developer experience principles and API usability
• Familiarity with developer engagement via GitHub, forums, or social platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Nice to have

• Familiarity with React Native and/or Electron
• Contributions to open-source projects and/or experience designing SDKs/tooling
