Developer Relations - Education Lead

Role Overview

Developer Relations – Education Lead (Remote, US) owns the end-to-end strategy for scaling developer education for a proof-of-stake, EVM-compatible network. The goal is to move from ad-hoc learning resources to structured, outcome-driven learning paths that guide developers from first interaction through production readiness and successful deployments on testnet and mainnet.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end developer education strategy and design structured learning paths toward production-readiness.
• Create high-quality technical learning experiences, including:
  • tutorials, structured courses, demos, and code samples
• Maintain a steady content cadence across multiple formats:
  • written documentation, video content, and interactive modules
• Build functional applications and templates that act as both instructional tools and reusable developer assets.
• Lead technical workshops, webinars, and live coding sessions for varying skill levels.
• Track and analyze education performance metrics (e.g., completion rates, activation, and progression to mainnet) and iterate based on results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, and community teams to align education with broader ecosystem priorities.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on engineering background with JavaScript, Python, and/or Java; able to build and ship functional applications.
• Proven experience designing structured technical learning programs (e.g., certifications, learning paths, comprehensive courses).
• Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical topics clearly and engagingly.
• Track record shipping technical content across written and video formats.
• High autonomy: comfortable setting direction in a fast-moving, distributed environment.
• Data literacy using metrics (completion/engagement) to refine content strategy.
• Experience engaging developer communities via workshops, hackathons, or live sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Web3/EVM ecosystems, including concepts/tools such as Solidity, Hardhat, Foundry, and ethers.js.
• Knowledge or experience with AI-assisted developer productivity tools.
