About the role

Role Overview

You’ll join Onramp Lab’s technical team as a Developer responsible for building, maintaining, and improving software products and web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver reliable, scalable, and innovative solutions—leveraging AI and modern technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications and software solutions
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement features
Write clean, efficient, well-documented code
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure quality and performance
Stay current with industry trends to continuously improve development practices
Participate in code reviews and support team knowledge sharing

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
Experience with web frameworks such as React, Node.js, Django
Familiarity with database design and management (SQL or NoSQL)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Nice to Have

Experience with AI or machine learning technologies
