About the role

Role Overview

Developer (Contract) for a client in Irvine, CA (Remote). The role focuses on Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing support, production issue resolution, and incident leadership.

Responsibilities

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for problem tickets in Oracle EBS and custom-built components
Triage production issues and deliver technical solutions to restore stability
Lead major incident calls and coordinate cross-team resolution
Develop and deploy data fixes to resolve functional/transactional discrepancies
Create code fixes for recurring production defects and improve system reliability
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of production tickets and continuous improvement of support processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
8–10 years of Oracle EBS support and issue resolution
Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing
Proven ability to perform RCA, lead major incidents, and deliver data and code fixes for production stability
