Designer

Role: Designer (Mid-level)

As a mid-level Designer at Punch, you’ll turn ideas into brand magic across digital, web, and other creative deliverables. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and developers to create work clients didn’t initially know they needed—while making everything unmistakably “Punch.”

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling brand identities, websites, campaigns, and digital assets
• Translate creative briefs into clear design concepts and polished deliverables
• Collaborate with strategists, writers, developers, and designers to bring brands to life
• Participate in internal brainstorming, moodboarding, and creative exploration
• Apply UX/UI thinking, responsive design, and accessibility principles
• Present work clearly to the Punch team
• Stay current on design trends and share inspiration with the team

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in a creative/design role (agency experience a plus)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and range
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand systems
• Experience designing for web, digital campaigns, and social media
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (and other relevant tools)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail
• Ownership mindset and willingness to push creative boundaries

Nice to Haves

• Experience with project management tools like Asana
• Familiarity with motion or prototyping tools such as After Effects, Principle, or Webflow
