Designer

Role Overview

Mid-to-senior Designer at an AI-first, remote-first fintech company. You’ll create cohesive, high-quality design across multiple channels while using AI-driven workflows to accelerate output—without compromising taste and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Create design work across web, graphic, social media, and email
• Develop and maintain cohesive branding and visual systems across touchpoints
• Use Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite to deliver solutions efficiently
• Integrate AI-driven tools and workflows into the design process
• Collaborate with stakeholders cross-functionally to understand requirements and deliver effective designs
• Present concepts clearly, including rationale and decision-making to stakeholders
• Evolve creative direction while staying aligned with brand guidelines
• Balance innovation with brand consistency by pushing creative boundaries appropriately
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Continuously adopt new tools, trends, and methodologies—especially in AI-driven design

Requirements

• Mid-to-senior design experience with a strong portfolio focused on branding and visual systems
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience across multiple disciplines: web, graphic, social, email design
• Strong foundation in branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with (or willingness to adopt) AI tools as part of the design workflow
• Clear communication skills and ability to engage in thoughtful stakeholder dialogue

Nice to Haves

• Experience in tech, banking, or fintech (preferred)
• Comfort with motion design or video production (preferred)

Work Environment / Location

• Remote-first with occasional travel for client engagements, team planning, and company events
• Working hours primarily align with the Eastern Time Zone
