About the role

Role Overview

Workfront Designer (100% remote) responsible for the operational health, adoption, and ongoing success of an enterprise Workfront instance supporting 10,000+ users. The role blends platform governance, user enablement, reporting/analytics, and day-to-day system administration to ensure the platform scales with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • User Implementation, Engagement & Adoption

    • Lead onboarding through Workfront Planning: intake coordination, prioritization, backlog grooming, and consultative alignment to business needs.
    • Translate business requirements into scalable, governed Workfront configurations with cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain enablement assets: guides, job aids, demos, videos, FAQs, troubleshooting, and escalation paths (aligned with releases/updates).
    • Facilitate weekly office hours, training sessions, and demos to drive adoption and surface improvement opportunities.
    • Drive engagement via community channels (e.g., Slack, announcements, internal websites/knowledge hubs, AEM Sites) including governance and content lifecycle management.
    • Coordinate to keep content accurate, relevant, and aligned with ongoing platform evolution.
    • Own AI-related release enablement: agenda planning, translating release info into user-focused narratives, and mapping new capabilities to practical, role-based use cases.
    • Create and maintain AI and platform training resources to support enterprise self-service.
  • User Support & Troubleshooting

    • Provide Tier 2 Workfront support via root-cause analysis and resolution for complex configuration, access, workflow, and reporting issues.
    • Monitor Adobe release notes/roadmaps to anticipate user impact, prepare support readiness, and deliver product demos.
    • Develop and refine Tier 0 self-service guidance to reduce ticket volume and improve time to resolution.
  • Governance, System Health & Technical Debt Reduction

    • Lead governance/cleanup by auditing and retiring obsolete users, projects, reports, templates, fields, and legacy configurations (including GenStudio) to reduce technical debt and improve stability/performance.
    • Enforce and evolve governance standards across access controls, naming conventions, custom forms, layouts, and object lifecycle management.
    • Design, maintain, and optimize reports/dashboards that turn operational/adoption/performance data into actionable insights for leadership.
    • Partner to align AI feature adoption with business objectives and governance; track/report AI usage, engagement, and value to identify gaps and opportunities for responsible adoption.

Requirements

  • Seasoned practitioner with deep Workfront expertise.
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced enterprise environment.
  • Ability to balance strategic long-term thinking with tactical execution.
  • Strong engagement and trust-building across the Workfront ecosystem.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience supporting enterprise Workfront environments at large scale (10,000+ users).
  • Experience enabling AI-related product releases and producing structured training/enablement content.
  • Familiarity with governance tooling and content lifecycle management through internal knowledge hubs and AEM Sites.
