Designer

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for creating a cohesive, high-impact visual and user experience across the website, product, and marketing touchpoints. This is a brand + UX + product design role with a strong focus on conversion-driven design, website performance, and product usability in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and continuous improvement for the website: information architecture, UX flows, visual design, and conversion optimization
• Design and iterate landing pages, marketing assets, sales materials, pitch decks, and campaign visuals to support growth initiatives
• Lead UX design for product experiences, turning complex workflows into intuitive interfaces
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design reviews grounded in real user behavior and feedback
• Partner with Engineering to ensure high-fidelity implementation and consistent design quality in production
• Build and maintain scalable design systems across web, product, and marketing surfaces while evolving brand identity
• Present design concepts, rationale, and iterations to stakeholders clearly and persuasively

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product/UX/web/brand design with a strong, well-rounded portfolio
• Proven experience shipping website and product UX (not just conceptual exploration)
• Expert proficiency in Figma (including prototyping and modern UI/UX workflows)
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with design-to-engineering handoff
• Strong attention to detail and consistently high design quality
• Experience in B2B SaaS, adtech, or high-growth startups (preferred)
• Experience contributing to or building design systems from scratch
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and asset creation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first environment
