About the role
Role Overview
As Design System Manager at 360Learning, you will own the functional and technical scope of the Design System. You’ll partner closely with product squads, designers, and engineers to ensure alignment and continuously improve a scalable system that reflects design intent.
Responsibilities
- Own the functional and technical responsibility for the Design System.
- Build and execute a clear, prioritized roadmap for the Design System, considering product impact and technical constraints.
- Establish a governance model with:
- clear contribution rules
- defined rituals and operating rhythms.
Requirements
- Strong coordination and stakeholder alignment experience across product, design, and engineering.
- Ability to translate design intent into a scalable, continuously improving system.
- Ownership mindset for both the functional and technical aspects of a design system.
