About the role
Role Overview
Deposit & Lending Group Product Manager responsible for shaping product priorities across customer needs, business goals, and execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes within financial services regulation.
Responsibilities
- Establish thought leadership and a 1–3 year strategic product roadmap vision
- Lead pricing strategy development to drive growth
- Partner with IT and cross-functional teams (LOB, Risk, Marketing) to ensure execution transparency
- Collaborate to address client needs and industry/regulatory changes
- Oversee project teams to ensure goals and task completion
- Manage daily priorities with functional teams and organizational support
- Create detailed product requirements and validate delivery against them
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- 10+ years of Product Management experience in Financial Services
- Strong understanding of industry/technology/marketing/product trends
- Demonstrated leadership to influence organizational change
- Ability to manage staff, projects, and product oversight
- Strong problem-solving in ambiguous situations
- Deep knowledge of evolving technologies and regulatory issues
- In-depth understanding of banking systems and the deposit/lending product landscape

- $124,690 – $196,440 annually
