About the role
Role overview
You’ll be a Deployment Engineer at ScorePlay, leading the technical deployment of the Media Asset Management solution for new clients. You’ll work closely with customers and partner internally across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, while helping shape the deployment playbook.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical deployments for new clients, from project kickoff through go-live.
- Design and execute implementation plans in collaboration with Customer Success, Tech, Product, and Pre-Sales.
- Partner with client technical teams to align on solution architecture and workflows.
- Run technical workshops to align stakeholders on architecture, workflows, and expectations.
- Help shape and improve the deployment playbook and delivery approach.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical role.
- Strong technical skills and ability to execute technical deployment work.
- Passion for sports and technology.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Experience conducting technical workshops and working directly with client technical teams.
