About the role
Role Overview
Bright Vision Technologies is hiring a Dell Boomi Integration Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise integrations using the Boomi AtomSphere platform. This is a 100% remote, full-time W2 role (in-house Bright Vision Technologies SOW engagement) with long-term, multi-year work aligned to Bright Vision’s delivery roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Boomi integration processes, including:
- connectors, data maps, decisions/branches, and exception handling
- Apply Boomi low-code patterns and use custom scripting for complex transformations (e.g., Groovy/JavaScript)
- Build and configure connectors and use the Boomi Connector SDK when required
- Configure and operate Atom and Molecule runtimes based on workload needs
- Implement API management strategies using Boomi API Management
- Implement secure authentication patterns (OAuth2, mTLS, certificate-based auth)
- Build event-driven / pub-sub integration patterns using Boomi capabilities
- Own the full integration lifecycle: analysis/design → development → deployment → monitoring → ongoing support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, operations, business stakeholders)
- Raise engineering quality via code reviews, design reviews, and mentorship
Requirements
- 5+ years experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with Dell Boomi / Boomi AtomSphere
- Broad knowledge of enterprise integration patterns
- Experience with API management and event-driven architectures
- Strong engineering discipline and communication skills
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into production-ready solutions
- Technical coding assessment required
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience partnering with enterprise architects and integration partners
- Experience mentoring junior engineers

- Salary: $100,000–$150,000 base salary (plus benefits)
