As a Delivery Operations Manager at Overstory, you will design and implement AI systems to improve customer delivery processes and drive execution across multi-week delivery cycles.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor scalable AI systems and workflows to improve delivery processes.
- Drive execution across multi-week customer delivery cycles, ensuring clear timelines, dependencies, and ownership.
- Replace manual status tracking with automated data capture to create visibility and accountability.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to align on delivery plans and execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or product/biz ops in fast-moving technical product environments.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building or operationalizing AI-driven workflows for operational execution and visibility.
