Role Overview

Delivery Manager with healthcare (preferably Medicaid) experience to lead and deliver IT initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Apply deep knowledge of healthcare processes, especially Medicaid.
Lead delivery using project management processes, strategies, and methods.
Mentor, coach, and develop technology team members.
Establish and enforce time-management and organizational guidelines.
Exercise strong personal accountability in decision-making and team supervision.
Collaborate with stakeholders in a high-level, teamwork-focused environment.
Use analytical thinking to solve problems and anticipate/mitigate obstacles.
Work with enterprise architecture and development concepts, including cloud-native approaches.

10+ years overall IT experience.
5+ years managerial experience.
Deep functional knowledge of healthcare processes, especially Medicaid.
Understanding of cloud-native architecture and associated technologies.
Demonstrated understanding of project management processes and methods.
Experience mentoring and developing rising technology talent.
Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to set guidelines for others.
Personal accountability for decision-making and supervising teams.
Background working in a high-level collaborative environment with a teamwork mentality.
