Delivery Manager (Remote)

Role Overview

The Delivery Manager owns program-level execution for an assigned portfolio within the Business Unit. You are accountable for financial performance, operational execution, and strategic success, including SDLC ownership, change requests, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio delivery ownership: Maintain full portfolio visibility (status, health, risks, milestones, and resource usage) and produce consolidated reporting for leadership decisions.
• Financial & budget management: Consolidate and communicate budget/progression information; deliver weekly budget progression updates and monthly reporting. Track and report revenue-impacting variances.
• Risk management: Identify, communicate, mitigate, and escalate material financial/operational risks to protect portfolio performance.
• Change requests & execution: Drive implementation of change requests, projects, and urgent items to meet committed timelines; coordinate with development teams to remove blockers and maintain momentum.
• Customer escalation & delivery liaison: Serve as first point of contact for customer product owners (via CSMs), track open issues/change requests to closure, and provide regular status updates.
• Implementation coordination: Partner with the PMO to coordinate from kickoff through deployment with proactive communication across matrixed stakeholders.
• Lateral leadership: Lead daily coordination and recurring meetings; support onboarding; coach junior team members through pairing and feedback; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Data-driven decision-making: Use performance metrics and risk indicators to determine readiness to progress or scale work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, project management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in delivery management, project/program management, or portfolio coordination (preferably in SaaS/technology).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g., development, product, customer success, tech ops, sales) in a matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets and revenue/margin reporting.
• Working knowledge of project/portfolio management methodologies, change-request processes, and implementation life cycles.
• Proficiency with project/reporting tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce (or similar).
• Knowledge/experience with Agile Scrum within the SDLC.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
