Role: Delivery Manager (Patient Access)

Cardamom is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead and develop its internal Epic Clinical application teams, responsible for day-to-day operations and ensuring delivery standards for managed services customers are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a remote team of analysts supporting Epic revenue cycle and patient access modules across customers.
• Manage workload distribution, track performance, and support career development.
• Ensure teams deliver high-quality work, meet deadlines, and follow internal processes and SLAs.
• Align team capacity with project needs.
• Identify skill gaps and provide coaching, training, and support to improve team capabilities.
• Implement and maintain best practices, standards, and operational processes for revenue cycle delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous operational excellence.
• Foster a collaborative, fun, and engaged team culture.

Requirements

• Epic certification in an Epic Patient Access application: Cadence, Grand Central, or Prelude.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, including 2–3 years in a people management role.
• Experience managing teams of analysts or technical staff in a consulting or healthcare IT environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams, manage performance, and implement operational improvements.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle and access processes.

• Hybrid in Madison, WI or Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)
