Delivery Manager

Role Overview

The Delivery Manager owns end-to-end delivery for one or multiple workstreams within mPulse’s Product Delivery department. You will coordinate estimation, manage detailed requirements, and track progress to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery for one or more assigned workstreams (initiation through completion)
• Coordinate estimation activities across workstreams with technical and business teams to create effort and timeline forecasts
• Facilitate and document requirements gathering sessions, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Maintain delivery plans, status reporting, and dashboards to provide visibility into progress and risks
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks, blockers, and issues to the Senior Delivery Manager or Director
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure timely communication with stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices and documentation standards
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management as needed

Requirements

• 3–6 years experience in delivery management, project management, or related field
• 2–4 years direct experience as a Delivery Manager (or equivalent)
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams independently
• Solid understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Experience facilitating requirements sessions with business and technical stakeholders
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
