Join Hawk-Eye Innovations’ Tracking and Auto Officiating value stream to lead the delivery of multiple initiatives across squads and solution teams in a fast-paced, reactive environment.

Location & Working Style

• Hybrid working: 2 days in the office
• Offices: London, Basingstoke, or Bristol

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple tracking and automated officiating initiatives with tight deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across Product, Software Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Own delivery roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and project planning activities.
• Drive agile maturity by coaching best practices and building a continuous delivery culture.
• Provide clear status, timeline, and progress communication to stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and sequencing issues early, implementing mitigation plans.
• Use data to measure outcomes and optimize processes.
• Build relationships to support organizational change and transformation.

Success Profile

• In the first months: learn the optical tracking systems, understand how squads interact, and build strong cross-business relationships.
• Over time: become the go-to person for project best practices across the product lifecycle, from idea to execution.
• Trusted partner who anticipates issues, keeps work moving efficiently, and empowers technical teams.
