Role Overview

As a Delivery Manager & Chief of Staff at 2i2c, you will facilitate the successful and efficient delivery of the organization’s product. You’ll act as a servant leader, guiding the engineering team, improving collaboration, and removing blockers to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure successful, efficient delivery of the product (2i2c.org/service/)
Organize and oversee cross-functional work across the team
Perform detailed planning and day-to-day management of engineering tasks
Promote collaboration and eliminate obstacles to execution

Location & Timing

Remote, with a preference for working hours that maximize overlap with a team distributed UTC-7 through UTC+3

Compensation

$85,000 – $107,000 (annual)
