Role Overview

Delivery Lead / IT-Scrum Master (Remote; Memphis, TN)

You’ll lead technology delivery for strategic enterprise initiatives within the Enterprise Architecture Platforms team. The role partners with business architects, delivery leads, and multiple delivery teams to ensure successful, on-time execution across domains.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery planning and execution for multiple enterprise initiatives (maintenance, projects, programs).
• Build and maintain delivery roadmaps and schedules with technology leads, architects, business partners, and development teams.
• Establish delivery cadence to support multiple delivery teams.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues across platforms/programs/projects and drive mitigation.
• Account for risk/issue identification, mitigation, and communication, including delivery plans that support PMO and executive audiences.
• Represent the Customer Platforms team in delivery planning sessions and facilitate cross-team planning sessions.
• Influence peers by leveraging knowledge of delivery capacity and technology capabilities.
• Develop a deep understanding of client brands, current projects, and upcoming initiatives.

Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience):
  • Bachelor’s OR Associate degree + 6+ years technology experience OR High School/GED + 12+ years technology experience.
• 10+ years professional experience in a technology/product environment.
• 6+ years product/service delivery experience.
• 6+ years agile delivery management or agile project management experience.
• 4+ years experience with teams using:
  • Waterfall, Agile, Kanban change management, Scrum, and Hybrid approaches.
• 4+ years experience working with vendors.
• Soft-skill experience:
  • 6+ years as a team player or leader (working with teams)
  • 7+ years communicating with PMO, leadership, and executive audiences
  • 7+ years+ building relationships
