About the role

Role Overview

As an Enterprise Delivery Lead, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise initiatives, translating target-state architecture into executable plans and delivering to production with high quality. You will bridge strategy, architecture, and execution while coordinating across enterprise architecture, solution architects, engineering, security, and operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Own delivery outcomes for enterprise initiatives: scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Convert architecture designs into actionable delivery roadmaps with managed dependencies
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards for architecture, security, data, integration, and operational readiness
Partner with architects and engineering leads on design decisions and architectural tradeoffs
Orchestrate delivery across product, platform, and vendor teams
Identify, track, and mitigate delivery and technical risks
Lead governance forums and provide executive-ready status and decision recommendations
Ensure production readiness and successful operational handoff

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years in enterprise IT delivery, architecture, or technical program leadership
Proven ability to own end-to-end delivery for complex, cross-enterprise initiatives
Strong solution/enterprise architecture knowledge, including:
- Reading, creating, and challenging architecture diagrams
- Understanding integrations, data flows, security, infrastructure, and non-functional requirements
- Translating target-state designs into executable delivery plans
- Ability to push back on designs that create delivery risk or unnecessary complexity
Strong communication and storytelling skills:
- Explain the “why” behind architecture/delivery decisions to the business
- Communicate from executive strategy down to execution details
- Break initiatives into workstreams, milestones, and dependencies; assemble into a cohesive delivery narrative
IT Product Owner–style leadership experience:
- Owning outcomes and defining/tracking KPIs
- Managing risks, issues, and dependencies
Coordinate across architecture, engineering, security, data, infrastructure, EPMO, and business teams
Comfort operating across strategy, architecture, and delivery execution
