Delivery Lead

Role Overview

Delivery Lead (Platform Operations) for a remote (Canada) SaaS platform. You will own day-to-day delivery and operational execution for a live, client-facing platform already in production, acting as the bridge between product, engineering, and external stakeholders/clients.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery timelines from kickoff through milestone completion
• Manage day-to-day execution with the development team and remove blockers
• Run agile ceremonies, including:
  • standups
  • sprint reviews
  • stakeholder check-ins
• Track risks and dependencies and ensure issues are resolved quickly
• Serve as the main operational point of contact for key external stakeholders
• Maintain clear project reporting and communication across all parties
• Onboard new clients and guide them through platform setup
• Handle support tickets, ensuring fast and high-quality responses
• Manage platform configurations and admin settings for clients
• Support QA by validating features before release and tracking bugs
• Demo the platform in webinars and present to non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with product to improve workflows and overall platform experience

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in project management, client success, or platform operations
• Experience in SaaS or product-driven environments
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining structure
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort working with engineering teams to troubleshoot and coordinate resolutions
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven
• French and English fluency (written and spoken)
• Experience running agile ceremonies (standups, sprint reviews)

• Experience with QA processes and bug tracking
• Experience demoing software products
• Exposure to marketplace or platform environments
