About the role
Decision Science Analyst
Client-facing, hands-on role partnering with Strategy and Client Services to turn loyalty/customer data into actionable insights that improve sales/profit through customer loyalty programs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver data-driven, actionable customer insights that support client loyalty initiatives and business objectives.
- Build and maintain audience lists to support CRM teams in executing targeted campaigns and meeting engagement goals.
- Produce actionable recommendations from complex data by understanding client strategy, success criteria, and program objectives.
- Create data visualizations and narratives that make analysis understandable for stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to design/develop new tools, models, and data sources.
- Create learning agendas, test plans, and solutions to make attribution more reliable and improve KPIs such as incremental ROI and LTV.
- Manage workflow, scope, and prioritization of client requests and Kobie investments.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of relevant customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM experience.
- Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience exploring data and building visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma.
- Demonstrated success with customer segmentation and modeling, including:
- RFM
- Cluster analysis
- Regression modeling
- Strong project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science.
Nice to Haves
- Python and/or SQL experience.
- Master’s in Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or an MBA.
- Proficiency in fundamental marketing and loyalty principles.
