About the role
Role Overview
Decision Science Analyst at Kobie (loyalty/CRM analytics). You’ll help clients turn loyalty and customer data into actionable insights that influence strategy and improve sales/profit through customer loyalty initiatives.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Deliver data-driven customer insights that support client loyalty strategy and outcomes.
- Build and maintain audience lists to support CRM teams and targeted campaigns.
- Produce actionable recommendations by extracting key insights from complex customer and marketing data.
- Create data visualizations and narratives to make analysis consumable for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to design and develop tools, models, and data sources.
- Create learning agendas and test plans to strengthen attribution and maximize KPIs such as incremental ROI and LTV.
- Manage workflow, scope, and prioritization of client requests and Kobie investments.
What You Need to Be Successful
- 2–4+ years of relevant experience in customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM.
- Strong ability to tell a data story and influence senior stakeholders with insights and recommendations.
- Familiarity with data exploration and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma.
- Demonstrated success with customer segmentation and modeling, including RFM, cluster analysis, and regression modeling.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science; Master’s in Statistics/Economics/Applied Mathematics or MBA preferred.
- Python/SQL programming experience.
- Proficiency in marketing and loyalty principles.
