Role Overview
Decision Science Analyst at Kobie, a client-facing position focused on turning loyalty and marketing data into actionable customer insights that improve sales/profit.
Responsibilities
- Deliver data-driven, actionable insights to support clients’ loyalty initiatives and business objectives.
- Build and maintain audience lists to enable CRM-driven targeted campaigns and engagement goals.
- Create recommendations by extracting insights from complex data aligned to client strategy, success criteria, and program objectives.
- Develop data visualizations and narratives that make analysis consumable for stakeholders across experience levels.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to design and develop new tools, models, and data sources.
- Create learning agendas and test plans to make attribution more reliable and maximize KPIs such as incremental ROI and LTV.
- Manage workflow, scope, and prioritization of client requests and internal investments.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of relevant customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM experience.
- Ability to tell data-driven stories and influence senior stakeholders with insights and recommendations.
- Familiarity with data exploration and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma.
- Experience with customer segmentation and analytics techniques including RFM, cluster analysis, and regression modeling.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science.
- Python/SQL programming experience (preferred).
Nice to Haves
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or Applied Mathematics, or an MBA.
- Strong familiarity with marketing and loyalty principles.
