Role Overview

Anvik Technologies is hiring an experienced Ceridian Dayforce Architect for a remote project in the United States.

Employment type: C2C (12+ months)
Work authorization: US Citizens only
Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise Ceridian Dayforce architecture for payroll and time & attendance
Configure Dayforce Payroll and Time and Attendance solutions
Perform Dayforce Architecture & Security Administration
Drive system integrations including:
- Workday
- Oracle
- APIs
- Boomi
- Integration Studio
Support data migration, UAT, and parallel payroll testing
Own reporting, SOX compliance, and KTLO support
Provide international payroll support (EMEA/SEA) as needed

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Ceridian Dayforce experience
Strong experience with Dayforce Payroll and Time and Attendance configuration
Expertise in Dayforce architecture and security administration
Experience with integrations (Workday/Oracle/APIs/Boomi/Integration Studio)
Experience with data migration, UAT, and parallel payroll testing
Experience with reporting and SOX compliance

Nice to Have

Dayforce certification
Workday HCM experience
Boomi Integration Platform experience
