Role Overview

Data Strategy Operations Manager at Prove (Full remote). Own the day-to-day coordination and execution of high-visibility initiatives across multiple organizations, acting as the central point of contact to ensure alignment, transparency, and strong execution.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and drive execution of high-visibility strategic initiatives end-to-end
Manage day-to-day progress and maintain visibility/reporting
Establish clear communication channels and cadences to prevent silos
Facilitate meetings and ensure process consistency
Oversee metric tracking and risk/issue management
Streamline communication and support alignment across cross-functional teams

Requirements

5+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, operations, or strategic program management
Experience managing projects within a technology organization
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities precisely
Formal knowledge of program management principles, processes, and tools
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
Ability to prioritize and build scalable business processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present to executive leaders
Motivated self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Experience with Monday.com or Jira (or similar project management tools)
