Data Scientist

Role Overview

The Data Scientist will support the end-to-end development and deployment of data science solutions, from data preparation through model implementation. The role is fully remote and requires working EST hours while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready machine learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end data science solutions (data preparation, modeling, and implementation)
• Build and maintain production-ready data pipelines and machine learning workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and customer success
• Communicate technical concepts and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to the codebase through development, testing, and code reviews
• Apply statistical and machine learning methods with attention to ethical evaluation and bias awareness

Requirements

• 4+ years of data science experience (stated as 4–6 years total professional experience)
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Solid experience with data platforms such as Databricks (highly preferred), Snowflake, or similar tools
• Experience in machine learning: applying, optimizing, and evaluating algorithms
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling
• Experience managing end-to-end data science projects with multiple stakeholders

Contract Details / Compensation

• Contract position (initial 6-month engagement)
• 40 hours/week
• Compensation: $57–$62/hour W2
• Remote role; must be U.S.-based and eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
