Role Overview

Data Scientist (Contractor) — Remote Help train next-generation AI systems by turning high-quality real-world data into insights and predictive models. No prior AI experience is required; your domain knowledge and data science expertise are the focus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess diverse datasets to ensure integrity and readiness for analysis.
• Develop, validate, and implement statistical models to derive actionable insights.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to find trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Communicate results via data visualizations, reports, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate to design and execute end-to-end data projects (from ideation to delivery).
• Continuously improve analytical methods and automation to enhance data workflows.

Requirements

• Expertise in statistics, mathematics, and data analysis techniques.
• Proven experience collecting, handling, and cleaning large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for data manipulation and modeling.
• Strong data modeling skills, including building and validating predictive models.
• Advanced data visualization skills using Tableau, Power BI, or related tools.
• Strong data quality mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in remote, cross-functional, or customer-focused teams.
• Background in developing and deploying machine learning solutions in production.
