Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess diverse datasets to ensure integrity and readiness for analysis
• Develop, validate, and implement statistical models to derive actionable insights
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
• Communicate results via clear data visualizations, reports, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate end-to-end on data projects (from ideation through delivery)
• Continuously improve analytical methods and automation to enhance data workflows
• Maintain effective written and verbal communication of data-driven recommendations

Required skills & qualifications

• Strong expertise in statistics, mathematics, and data analysis techniques
• Proven experience collecting, handling, and cleaning large, complex datasets
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for data manipulation and modeling
• Strong data modeling skills, including building and validating predictive models
• Advanced data visualization skills using Tableau, Power BI, or related tools/libraries
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working in remote, cross-functional, or customer-focused teams
• Background in developing and deploying machine learning solutions in production settings
