Data Scientist | Remote

Role Overview

Data Scientist (Remote) on an hourly contract (10–40 hrs/week). You will evaluate data science deliverables—including AI-generated and human-created work—using task-specific, evidence-based grading criteria.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design precise grading criteria for data science deliverables (task-specific and structured)
• Evaluate work outputs against established criteria
• Provide detailed written justifications for scores and evaluations
• Apply consistent, reproducible judgment using evidence-based methods
• Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and iterate on assessments

Requirements

• Strong relevant domain experience
• Experience at a leading technology, research, or quantitative firm
• Strong command of Python, SQL, statistical modeling, and machine learning
• Exceptional written communication for technical explanations and findings
• Detail-oriented and consistent approach to evaluating complex work
