Data Scientist (W2 / Full-Time)

Location: United States (Onsite / Hybrid / Remote based on client requirement)
Visa: Open to all work-authorized candidates except H1B

Role Overview

You will collect and analyze structured and unstructured data, build and deploy machine learning models, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business problems into analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze data from multiple sources (structured and unstructured)
• Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models for:
  • classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, and recommendation systems
• Perform EDA, statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and feature engineering
• Build predictive analytics using supervised and unsupervised ML methods
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Python visualization libraries
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers
• Optimize ML models for scalability, accuracy, and production deployment
• Work with large-scale datasets using Spark and Databricks
• Deploy models using MLOps best practices on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Monitor model performance, retrain, and improve predictive accuracy continuously
• Document methodologies, model performance, and technical solutions; support production environments

Requirements

• Experience with end-to-end data science: data processing, modeling, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Strong ML fundamentals across supervised and unsupervised learning
• Experience working with large-scale data (Spark/Databricks)
• Experience deploying ML models in production (MLOps + cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP)

Nice to Have

• Dashboard/reporting experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering/product stakeholders
