Role Overview

Collect, clean, analyze, and model complex data to produce actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Drive end-to-end data projects, from ideation through delivery, and continuously improve data workflows and analytical methods.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess diverse datasets to ensure data integrity and readiness for analysis
• Develop, validate, and implement statistical models to extract insights from complex data
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
• Create data visualizations and reports and present findings with clear recommendations
• Collaborate on end-to-end data projects (ideation → delivery)
• Improve analytical methodologies and automate processes to enhance data workflows
• Communicate results effectively in written and verbal formats

Requirements

• Strong expertise in statistics, mathematics, and data analysis
• Proven experience collecting, handling, and cleaning large, complex datasets
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for data manipulation and modeling
• Strong data modeling skills and experience building/validating predictive models
• Advanced data visualization skills using Tableau, Power BI, or related libraries
• Strong attention to data quality and detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working in remote, cross-functional, or customer-focused team environments
• Background in developing and deploying machine learning solutions in production
