About the role
Role Overview
Join Extend’s Claim Experience Analytics team within the centralized Risk, Analytics, and Data Science organization. You’ll help balance user experience and operational efficiency by analyzing and improving processes and product capabilities for Extend’s end-to-end claim platform.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact opportunities to improve claim operations, servicing, and fulfillment by analyzing trends, surfacing gaps, and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Monitor usage trends and anomalies in the claim process.
- Measure the impact of new product features on claim outcomes and operations.
- Evaluate and iterate AI-driven solutions to optimize agent behaviors and ensure stability of agent interactions.
- Build a data-driven culture by turning analyses into clear narratives, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Partner with Analytics, Operations, Product, and Engineering to optimize claim intake, adjudication, and fulfillment features.
Requirements
- Strong data science skills for turning ambiguous problem spaces into quantifiable business impact.
- Ability to use analytics and storytelling to drive informed decision-making across stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with AI/agent systems where stability and behavior optimization are important (implied by responsibilities).
