Role Overview
Data Scientist (Analyst) focused on developing deep learning and ML/AI solutions, with a primary emphasis on Python and hands-on analytics work.
Responsibilities
- Tackle complex, high-impact ML/AI and big data problems with a team of data scientists and analytics professionals
- Extract, analyze, and work with large structured/unstructured datasets to develop prototype models
- Build and implement machine learning models and algorithms
- Develop targeting and personalization prototypes using data-driven approaches
- Communicate insights clearly to scientific, business, and stakeholder audiences
- Collaborate with engineers and fellow data scientists to deliver scalable solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent)
- 1+ year experience in analytics, data warehousing, or software engineering
- 1+ year hands-on experience with open-source ML tools using Python or R
- 1+ year experience with scripting (e.g., Python)
- Experience in data engineering, including SQL and working with large datasets
- Strong practical experience building and implementing machine learning models/algorithms
- Ability to present data-driven insights effectively
Nice-to-Haves
- Interest in solving challenging ML/AI problems and big data issues
