Role Overview

Data Scientist (AI/ML) for AI training initiatives on an hourly remote contract (10–40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for AI training initiatives
Analyze large/complex datasets to produce actionable insights
Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
Validate and test models to evaluate performance
Document methodologies, findings, and workflows for stakeholders
Ensure data quality, privacy, and security across project stages
Research and apply advanced data science techniques to improve outcomes

Strong experience in data science and machine learning projects
Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, and ML algorithms
Experience with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
