About the role

Role Overview

Join 0x as a Data Scientist (GTM) to support the company’s go-to-market strategy through actionable data insights. This is a high-impact individual contributor role partnering across teams to improve deal execution and drive revenue growth.

Key Missions

Identify and prioritize opportunities for the GTM team by building frameworks and developing scoring approaches.
Translate complex blockchain activity into insights that improve deal execution and revenue growth.
Collaborate with GTM, RevOps, and Data teams to inform decisions and embed insights into sales workflows.

Requirements

Passion for decentralized finance and the 0x mission.
Strong understanding of what to prioritize and why.
Web3/crypto experience (required).
Ability to connect data with business outcomes.
Strong data storytelling and communication skills.
Hands-on experience working with on-chain data (EVM required; Solana is a plus).
Strong SQL proficiency.
Willingness to travel globally for customer meetings and conferences, plus twice-annual team offsites.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Dune, Allium, or similar platforms.
AI-native mindset (use tools to increase output and effectiveness).
Experience mapping raw data → insights → actionable recommendations.
4–8+ years experience in data or analytics roles.
Familiarity with DeFi, DEX aggregators, or on-chain ecosystems (preferred).
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Heap, FullStory).

Nice-to-Haves / Preferences

Solana experience.
Prior work with DeFi/DEX aggregators and on-chain ecosystems.
Experience with CRM and product/behavior analytics tools.
