Data Science Intern (Remote – United States)

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to find trends and insights.
• Develop and evaluate machine learning models using Python.
• Use tools/libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Jupyter Notebook.
• Create data visualizations and professional reports.
• Support data-driven solutions to real-world business problems.
• Collaborate on live projects and present findings/recommendations.
• Continuously learn and apply new data science methods and technologies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.S./M.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Basic Python programming knowledge.
• Foundations in statistics, probability, and machine learning.
• Familiarity with SQL and core data analysis concepts.
• Advantage: experience with Pandas, NumPy, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
