Data Science Analyst | Remote

Role Overview

Data Science Analyst (Remote) working full-time (40 hours/week, weekdays). You’ll guide teams on data science best practices and help evaluate complex analytical outputs.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams on data science methodology, statistical inference, and modeling best practices
• Design complex data science tasks and develop structured analytical solutions
• Evaluate outputs produced by systems and experts and provide clear technical feedback
• Build evaluation frameworks for:
  • statistical reasoning
  • ML pipeline design
  • data analysis quality
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training workflows

Requirements

• Strong experience in data science, statistical modeling, data analysis, or applied machine learning
• Strong experience evaluating analytical workflows, including labeling and feedback-based review processes
• Strong written communication skills and ability to clearly explain modeling decisions
• Familiarity with LLMs and advanced systems/agentic workflows
• Ability to commit to a full-time weekday schedule
