Data Quality Analyst

Role: Data Quality Analyst

You will help ensure the integrity and accuracy of insurance claims processing by investigating and assessing the quality of external claimant data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations using open data sources and in partnership with Owl’s AI.
• Input findings logically using Owl’s internal platform to guide the process.
• Analyze external claimant data for quality, completeness, and accuracy.
• Manage time/resources to deliver high-quality results that maximize value.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Follow company security and disclosure guidelines.

Requirements

• Available to work at least 15 hours/week (part-time, 15–30 hours/week).
• Prior experience in open-source content research.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for documenting findings.
• High computer comfort: fast typing, ability to use search functions and keyboard shortcuts.
• Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving for investigations.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and processes.
• Secure, reliable internet connection for the remote role.

Compensation & Work Details

• $20.00/hour
• Remote, part-time (15–30 hours/week)
