Data Insights Manager

Role Overview

Join BulletinHealthcare (Cision) as a Data Insights Manager. This individual contributor role supports a healthcare advertising and analytics platform by designing data pipelines, analyzing large datasets, and collaborating across teams to deliver actionable insights.

Key Missions

• Design and maintain data pipelines / ETL workflows to power analytics, reporting, and advertising operations.
• Analyze large datasets to produce actionable insights for internal teams, data partners, and advertising clients.
• Translate business questions into data analyses, models, and dashboards; support and improve systems used to measure campaign performance.

Profile / Requirements

• Statistical programming and data manipulation experience (tool familiarity is helpful, not required if comparable skills are strong).
• Experience with large datasets and building data pipelines or analytical workflows.
• Strong background in statistical programming and data analysis.
• 5–10 years of experience in data analytics, data science, data engineering, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to move between different project types.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to own projects independently and deliver without constant oversight.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation concepts.
• Experience with healthcare data or other regulated datasets.
• Experience supporting advertising/marketing analytics or media measurement.
• Understanding of privacy and compliance for sensitive and personally identifiable data.
• Experience working with external partner data and multiple integrated sources.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with specific tools used by the team (not required if you have strong comparable experience).
